How to not panic or get anxiety thinking about future?

Have you ever wondered how does it feel like to know everything? Or, have control over everything, events, emotions? Omniscient, Pantomath, Chakreshwara are various words to define someone who knows all, has mastered everything, or mastered all dimensions of energy within oneself. Just, different manifestations of the same things, which necessarily does not mean that there are different forms of energy too. If we take a simple example of electricity, it's one form of energy but it can create or transform so many things in different ways. It can switch on the bulb and dissipate light, it can be giving power to the camera which is recording things, the speakers that create sound, blender that churns, machines that do various functions. Do they get different forms of electricity? It's just different expressions. Similarly, the life energy functions in a variety of ways in our body and so finds a different expression.
As far as electricity is concerned its doing the same things. The electricity does not know whether its throwing out light, or its cooling the place, or its enhancing my voice, the electricity does not know these things. It is the way in which a particular instrument is wired and designed that it becomes that. So similarly the same energy is flowing everywhere. But because of the way it is wired in different places as per the wiring it generates a different manifestation of life. And then, we continue to live it through as we can do nothing about it. The whole idea of how it will blossom. We can take care of the roots, we can trim and prune its branches, doing something here somethings there but once the flower blooms, its there, it has bloomed, Now all we have to do is enjoy the beauty of that flower.
The question should be, how do we master all of this? How do we do it? But, the problem is that we don't worry about how to master, excel or do better in things in our lives, we are worried on how the hell are we going to feel when we will master it, when we will fail, when we will do this, when we will do that.. How will we feel? Will, something that has not happened as yet. Shouldn't we first reach there?

I want to climb the a mountain, we all know that it is strenuous physically and mentally, knees and lungs and so many parts of the body develop aches (for people who are not used to it). I am sitting here, in front of my computer, and I start to think, if I climb that mountain how will it feel?
So right here if I sit down and think even physically how does it feel up there, will I get anywhere near that experience?  I have to go through the pains, isn’t it? Its painful if I am not fit, if I am fit it’s a joy to climb. So the best thing to do is get myself fit so that the climb is a joy. Otherwise I may climb painfully or by the time I reach there I maybe in so much pain that I don’t experience anything I  just want to come down. A lot of us are like this. We will climb to high peaks or go for trekking or maybe there is a beautiful waterfall at the end of a 20 mile trail. We start with a lot of excitement, slowly energy starts to fall, body starts to give up and by the time we reach the destination all we want to do is go back to our cozy rooms to sleep. we start to fantasize, about our warm snug bed, soft fluffy pillows and then all that is around, that gorgeous waterfall, the scenic city view on the peak top all takes a backseat. So before you go there, don’t fantasize, no use. Don’t even think of all this,  This is all we have to look at. Its Simple to try!

Let’s say, you want to throw something at someone, maybe a rose. Please don't throw a stone, the consequences will not be good in this one, I am sure of! 😁 So, will it reach that person, will it hit on point? Its a simple question. We need precision on this, isn't it?
Can we do everything with a certain level of precision? If we bring this precision into everything that we do we are slowly gaining control over this physically, forget about energy, physically we took control of it. We will hit on the right point. But does precision come easily, in a short time?
We maybe doing the same activity for 2 years yet we can find mistakes in it because getting precision is not easy. Takes a lot of work. Lots of work.. If we bring that into our things slowly we gain mastery over the system. First over the voluntary part of it, then over the involuntary parts of it, then over energy, then over intelligence, then over thoughts, .. emotion.. everything.

If  we sit and ponder, when I become the master of universe how does it feel? If I get halfway I may feel like Alexander the Great. He wanted to conquer the world and wanted to know how it feels, he conquered half and felt terrible. If I get mastery, I may feel terrible, you think so? That’s not how it works. We don’t need to waste our time with these kinds of things.. Its mere  waste of time and we will fantasize about something that we do not know. No use.. Just see, what are the things that you don’t have control about, take for example people talking around us, you are sitting, with yourself,and people are talking. 'Oh Damn! They are talking about me!', 'Do I look bad?' .Ask yourself,  Does it affect me, should it affect me? Nahhh. They are talking whatever. This is gaining control, the more control we gain over our self, the more things we can do effortlessly.  But, control does not mean limit, control means it breaks limitations. Let’s say you are riding a bicycle, the more control you have the more tricks you can do with the bicycle, isn’t it? If you have lot of control you can be riding and doing text. Don’t you try that in real life!!!!  The more control we have the more freedom it gives us, isn’t it? The more control we have over this, the more freedom it gives us. More entanglement we have less freedom we have the less entanglement we have the more freedom we have. The more we are caught in the useless mumbo jumbo, the more things we consider, calculate and in turn we have less time to act effectively. So instead of thinking of Mount Everest to start with, better to climb up and down the stairs of the office or mall.

If we already know what will happen what will not happen, what will someone do or not do, it doesn’t work like that. It will always come in a way we have never imagined possible. And because people have set plans in their minds, and when the things come in the way they did not expect they many  a times miss it. The mind gets confused that but this was not a part of the plan, I didn't see this, so this cannot happen. Just let it be, observe and yes, please do not worry about how sad or disappointing or painful it will feel when it happens in the future!!

Everyday may not be the same… and its OKAY!

Always be happy… Try to be happy… We keep hearing and many a times feeling also that is something wrong with me if I am not happy. I am also guilty of feeling and suggesting to others that “Be happy”. But the point is who doesn’t want to be happy? Who wants be sad and gloomy and crying? I definitely don’t!! I have heard this term called “fake positivity” and it has diverse meanings, faking to feel happy may also not be the thing that we need to do. Just yesterday I was having a discussion with someone who is hurting because of something and that thing has been bothering her for a long long time. And she was sad about it, she was pained about it and she was venting it out to me. I was just listening to her and listening to her. I didn’t want to give any suggestions to her to be happy, try to be happy, and try to divert your attention from that thing and blah blah blah. Why?? Because what purpose will it serve, as she is suffering because of that reason, if it is hampering her life, ...

Am I too Late?

  Places to visit before you are 20, goals to achieve before you are 25, Assets to build before 30, how to retire in your 30s….. Do these taglines look familiar? Well, they do to me. All these pages and channels that are telling us to achieve something with attached times lines, 20s, 30s, and 40s. So many times I am visiting those pages or channels to find motivation and it actually ends up demotivating me, and I am like Oh No, I am too late for this. And I feel that slight regret of “Oh I wish I had started then” but yes I bounce back very soon. But this is a current phase in my life when I am comfortable with a lot of things and most of all I am comfortable “Being Me at this point in life”, I love it where I am today.
