1. Drink Water! The simplest and most ignored thing we do. Plain water is great for overall health of the body. It not only hydrates the body, it helps the organs to work better, improves digestion and of course better skin. I know, you must have read and heard these things millions of times, and must be thinking I also know it. But knowing and doing are different. I also thought everyone keeps telling me to drink water but I never tried to do it. I have always struggled with skin and digestion issues and I still do.. And I also know all the reasons that cause those flare-ups and bloating and stuff, have been controlling (in process ;). But yes, I personally would say that water is by far one of the best, easiest and probably free way of keeping a lot of health issues at bay.
